• Decorum maintained at Open BOT meetings
• Residents respecting residents including BOT
• Respect everyone’s opinions suggestions and ideas!
• There are 3000 opinions here. You are not likely to agree with all of them. While another may suggest a different way of doing things, or have a concern we don’t share - they deserve our respect to be heard.We must all respect one another's opinions - believing that we all have the best interest of Concordia at heart and are trying too help and make things better, each in our own way. 

• CLARITY of RULES: 
• Terms must be clearly defined
• Enforcement and repercussions of violation of rules must be defined
• Notification of new or changed rule
• Rules must be applied EQUALLY to all
